WhataburgerBreakfast.us respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors and content contributors to do the same. We respond to copyright infringement notices that comply with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable.
This page explains how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that material published on WhataburgerBreakfast.us infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a written copyright complaint using the contact information below.
To help us review your request, please include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed or provide a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material: Provide the exact URL of the content on WhataburgerBreakfast.us that you believe infringes your copyright, along with enough information for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-faith statement: Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement: Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury where required by the DMCA, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your signature: Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
Incomplete notices may delay our review or prevent us from taking action.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Please send your copyright complaint to:
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
Please provide the relevant URLs and supporting details in your email. We will review notices we receive and take appropriate action where warranted and required by applicable law.
3. Review and Removal of Content
After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may investigate the claim and take appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.
Submitting a notice does not automatically establish that infringement occurred. We may request additional information if necessary to evaluate a complaint.
4. Counter-Notification
If your material has been removed or access to it has been disabled because of a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where the DMCA process applies.
A counter-notification generally must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court, as required by the DMCA, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your counter-notification to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.”
A valid counter-notification may trigger a statutory process involving the original complainant. Any restoration of material will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant circumstances.
5. Repeat Infringement
Where applicable and appropriate, we may take reasonable steps in response to repeat copyright infringement, including removing content or restricting access to the website.
We will assess reported cases based on the available information and applicable legal requirements.
6. False or Misleading Claims
Please ensure that any copyright notice or counter-notification you submit is accurate and made in good faith. Knowingly submitting materially false claims may have legal consequences under applicable law.
If you are unsure whether material infringes copyright, consider seeking qualified legal advice before submitting a formal notice.
7. Third-Party Content and Trademarks
WhataburgerBreakfast.us may refer to third-party products, brands, names, or trademarks for informational purposes. Such references do not imply ownership of those marks or an official relationship with their owners.
Trademark complaints and other intellectual property concerns may be sent to the email address below for review, although they may require a different process from a DMCA copyright notice.
